Questions, answered

What car-hauler teams ask before they start.

Clear expectations about workflow, imports, access, readiness, and pricing.

What makes TruckTA different from a generic dispatch system?

TruckTA is designed around vehicle movement: vehicle counts, open spots, truck and trailer assignments, driver readiness, load documents, owner fleets, payments, and settlement context.

Can we bring in loads from other systems?

TruckTA supports reviewed import workflows for selected file formats, connected sources, and supported load boards. Availability varies by source, and your team confirms the data before an import or update.

Does TruckTA automatically book or scrape loads?

No. Supported load-board imports are user-initiated and user-reviewed. TruckTA does not run background scraping or automatically book loads.

What documents can we organize?

TruckTA can organize company, driver, equipment, load, BOL, POD, insurance, registration, and other readiness-related documents, with expiration visibility where configured.

Can owner fleets have separate visibility?

Yes. Owner-fleet tools can provide scoped access to the activity, documents, resources, and financial context already made available to that owner.

Does TruckTA replace our compliance professionals?

No. TruckTA helps organize records and surface operational readiness information. It does not provide legal advice, guarantee compliance, or automatically file with regulators.

How does pricing work?

TruckTA is free for the first two months. After that, the Starter plan is as low as $5 per user per month and includes the platform for the first year.
